The opening hole is a 540-yard par 5. The fairway landing area is narrow, so the tee shot demands accuracy over distance. A large pond lies on the left, making a 3-wood a strong option. Given the short-course character with trees surrounding the hole, accuracy and appropriate club selection are recommended. The par-3 3rd hole is the toughest: an uphill green guarded by a cluster of bunkers, with a large pond gaping in front of the teeing ground. Proper club selection and distance control are essential.

The par-5 7th is the signature hole. While the fairway has no bunkers, both sides are guarded by stands of trees. There is a pond in front of the green and bunkers behind it. Big hitters can reach it in two, but laying up and attacking the green with a short chip still leaves ample chances at a par or birdie putt.
